The training focus was derived from the vision
of the Management which centered on the
reduction of turn-around time of vessels and the
general improvement of the operational
efficiency in the workforce, so as to make ABTL
a company worthy doing business with.
To achieve these, the management expose the
workforce to modern management techniques,
implemented technological improvement courses
and customer/marketing courses.
These courses are centrally organised by the
Human Resources Department. |
