ABTL sees the customers as the backbone of the organization, hence in order to ensure that their expectations and dreams are anticipated and met, deliberate efforts are made to always improve service rendered so as to retain the customers and to win potential new ones. The management appreciates the fact that today’s customers expect first class services so; Public Relations (PR) skills and strategies are designed to help with the corporate image and identity. ABTL is using these PR tools to achieve her social, economic and political goals and objectives.

A two–way communication system is in place to encourage free flow of information between the management and the clients and also with the staff. Regular interaction is encouraged, aggressive marketing, improvement of services, introduction of new tools, product branding is emphasized. In a nut shell dynamism is the watchword.
